Mobileme email aliases to iCloud

iCloud allows 3 aliases max, yours should migrate, but only 3 (if you have more)

Hi. Just moved to iCloud fr MobileMe. Was told ALL aliases would move automatically.

Only the basic ______@me.com and _____@mac.com show up... I NEED the aliases, as my biz is based on couple>>> Any suggestions??... Thanx.

Only 3, that was announced about a year ago.

Sorry - Wrong. From MobileMe (and even prev DoptMac accts ALL aliases should (I say this loosely...) transfer.

But I'm personally having prob with them showing up in iCloud (to SEND) - Seem to be receiving mail to them okay (so far...). Any suggestions fr experts on how to see list, so I can send are appreciated. Thanx.

I'm having the same problem--hope someone knows how to restore "deleted" aliases. I use mine all the time.

file an 'exception to charge' report and get case number emailed to you

(using one of the missing from the accounts pane of icloud aliases you have)

Apple has a issue they need to address.

My Family member has 5 aliases that WORK JUST FINE, they only don't appear on the iCloud.com page...

they are not able to be deleted, or turned off, and my favorite, given a new color!!

All Of The 5 Aliases Are Allowed To Be Kept!

Only the newbies get three.

My Sister contacted MobileMe before purchasing the new iMac for $2500 in February of this year.

MobileMe stated then that iCloud would be taking over on June 30th, 2012.

And that If she had 5 aliases, she could keep them and they would transfer over to iCloud from MobileMe. And they all did, in the beginning.

All went well until June 30th when the aliases no longer appeared on the iCloud.com server page when she went to Preferences/Accounts. (MY IMAC IS FINE, SHOWS ALL 4 ALIASES)

My Sister and I bought new computers to retain all of our aliases.

We have been customers of Apple Mail since 2005 when it was DotMac, AT $99 PER YEAR (x 7 YEARS)

NOW, 5 ALIASES WORK, ALL CAN BE USED TO SEND AND RECEIVE,

BUT ARE NOT ON ICLOUD. COM SERVER IN ACCOUNTS....

TO TURN OFF FOR A WHILE TO ENCOURAGE SPAMMERS TO LEAVE, ...

OR TO DELETE OR CHANGE.

I WAS AT HER HOUSE FRIDAY LAST WEEK WHEN SHE ARRANGED FOR THE ONE-TIME-FEE TO BE WAIVED FOR HER QUESTION/PROBLEM.

I COULD NOT BELIEVE THEY HAD NO ANSWER ABOUT THIER PROBLEM.

BUT SHE GOT A CASE NUMBER EMAILED TO HER IN THE MIDDLE OF THEIR RUNAROUND, TRANSFERRING HER TO MOBILE ME, THEN ASKING ANOTHER SENIOR ADVISOR, ETC!

I WISH YOU ALL COULD HAVE BEEN THERE.

IT WAS LIKE THEY WERE GETTING READY TO SHUT IT DOWN JUST LIKE THE MOBILEME TRANSITION FROM DOTMAC !

...NOT THE APPLE COMPANY I KNEW IN 2005.
