Looking for an iPhone 3GS belt holster/clip like this one - where to buy?

I have a standard shell case for my 3GS, and on top of that I had a holster with a clip. I bought both the shell and holster at the Apple Store a few years ago. I'm looking for the same one now (or just the clip), since the clip broke - but can't seem to find it. The Holster itself doesn't show the manufacturer (I think that may have been listed on the piece that broke off).

Here's some pictures of the holster and clip. I really just need a clip, if they are sold separately, but a new holster is fine too if it's the same model as this one, or just as good. I've seen some other holsters online but they seem to have bad or average reviews (most say the clips don't work well), so I'd like the same holster again or a well-reviewed one with a strong clip. Can't seem to find the same model though.
