how to check the repair status online

i got a repair id and serial number go check online but got an error msg said cant find my repair id or serial number

any ideas?

If you're getting an error message when you try through this web page:

and the repair doesn't appear if you sign in to check all repairs, then you will have to call Apple Support and ask for status.

It is possible that you might have missed at least one character. Try to verify this when you call them too.
