  1. I live in England. Can somebody tell me how to set these discussions so that they remember my local spelling either within preferences/profile or a bookmark? It does not remember what I select at the bottom of the page.

  2. I prefer to display 50 or more items per page. I can retain this setting in bookmarks for pages but would prefer a global setting - is there one?

  3. I prefer items to be displayed with latest at the top of the page especially as links and the back button often take me there rather than where they should. How can I set this?

Some of these were easy to set properly with the old site.

Hi,

You are saying that using the Camera icon does not take you to the pop up to access your pics (either on your Camera or On Line) ?

Or that it does launch the process but does not seem to work first time ?

I would be tempted to look at clearing Caches in the Browser.

In Firefox this tends to be in the Preferences > Advanced Section > Network tab.

In Safari it is in the Develop Menu > Clear Caches.

Sometimes this sort of thing is remembered via cookies on your computer.

Both Safari and Firefox allow you to remove cookies in the Preferences > Privacy tab.

I get the pop-up, choose an image from my Desktop, the image name appears in the pop-up but Insert Image remains greyed out indefinitely. I then close the pop-up, open it again and everything works as it should. Happens every time.

I trash all my Safari 5.0.6 data except, preferences, bookmarks and history at daily boot but I would not expect it to cause this problem.
