AU manager cannot open Vinyl plug in: Validation failed

Hi,

I just downloaded the vinyl plug in from the Izotope website and installed it. When I run the AU manager I get Validation result:couldn't be opened

I've been in touch with izotope and they couldn't help. I tried switching from 32 to 64 bit and back, deleted the plug in from library and re-installed - nothing works. Other izotope products are running fine.

Any ideas?
