I can send and receive hotmail on my PC and on my iPhone. I can receive mail on my iPad, but it will not let me send mail. I keep getting the message the password is not correct for the SMTP. I have changed passwords until I am dizzy! Help!

Try deleting the account, do a Reset [Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 10 seconds or so (until the Apple logo appears) and then release. The screen will go blank and then power ON again in the normal way.] It is app and data safe! .... and then set up the account again.
