I changed my sound settings, and want to reset to the defaults, but I don't want to reset all of my ohone settings, so can someone please show what the factory sound settings are for the sounds (IE: ringtone, text, tweet, email, etc...)

Go into settings, and click the bar that says sound. Next there will be a whole list of options. Good Luck!
Go to settings -> sounds, then click on what you want to change, example "ring tone", if you scroll through the ringtones you will see "(default)" next to the factory sound "Marimba", choose that one. Do the same for each sound you want to change.
