White Screen - OSX won't boot
Hi.
Yesterday OSX 10.6.8 crashed on my Mac Pro. Finder was a spinning wheel and I could not access 'force quit'.
After hard rebooting, I got a white screen with grey Apple logo and spinning wheel. Which then goes white and OSX never boots.
I reset PRAM, then booted in "safe" mode via shift+restart. I was able to login to safe mode. My dual displays were arranged backward and I noticed a much lower resolution on my displays. Other than that OSX appeared to be intact and I didnt look around much.
I restarted normally and recieved the same white screen problem described above.
I am now rebooted in safe mode, same as described but looked around more, went online, etc.. Everything seems to be in place.
Can anyone help me from here? What steps should I take in attempt to get my computer running properly again, ie not in safe mode?
Help is much appreciated. Thanks!
