MC637B - callers unable to hear me when I phone out or answer a call
any ideas - apart from resetting - which hasnt worked - I can make calls but no one can hear me .. and I can receive calls but no one can hear me !

Try disconnecting the headphones and then adjusting the volume, does it say headphones?
There might be something in the headphone jack, maybe lint, dirt, or something else in there.
