new icon in header of finder
I don't know when, but a new icon started to appear in my finder's header, can anybody tell me what does it mean? Is the one on the left.
Thanks.

It's a bit small to determine, but could be something like headphones? Did you install anything new lately? Also check your System Preferences folder at the bottom under "other" to see if anything has the option of showing an icon in the menu bar.
I don't know what the icon is, but your last Time Machine backup failed. I'd be more worried about that if I were you.
Out of curiosity (and because I don't use TM) - how can you tell from the icon?
The exclamation point.
Thanks!
Thanks everyone, but the icon looks like a person in front of a circle and in the middle has a squere or something like that. I do not know when it appeared, buty I turned off WiFi, and nothing, entre S. Preferences, and found nothing.
Also, thanks for the reminder of my Time Machine backup.
Have you installed some new App recently? Because this has to be linked to an application. If you close and reopen your session, does-it reappears right away? If you have another user account have you checked with this account?

The exclamation point can mean external TM is delayed if not connected- this does not mean failed.
Local snapshots are still being stored locally as long as the TM preference are set to "on" which you definitely want to take advantage of.

Sorry can't help you with your mystery icon menulet. I would look at your login items.
