Where did Syncrospector go?

After switching to the Appstore version of Xcode it seems to have removed the /developer/applications/utilities folder.

I see some things got added to the right-click menu of the Xcode icon.

But not Syncrospector.

All of the Apple support docs using Syncrospector have not been changed - they still say its in the now gone folder.

So, where the heck is it hidden? Or is it part of another (optional) download in Xcode?
