Do iPod nano cause cancer ?

i just bought my iPod nano today and iPod nano watch case . i'm confused that some peoples said that iPod nano cause cancer but some peoples says that iPod nano do not cause cancer . silly question maybe , but what are the waves that iPod nano emits ? do ipod nano have radiation ? sorry if I had any english error , because i'm kinda bad at english . i hope u guys can understand what i'm trying to say . 🙂
