Spacebar tap no longer works to pause play?
For years I have been using a tap on the space bar to pause whatever I am playing in iTunes. All of a sudden it doesn't work????
iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.3)

Weird huh?
There is a difference between pressing the space bar in iTunes minimized or not minimized.
iTunes minimized, pressing space bar pauses the track.
iTunes not minimized, pressing space bar goes back to beginning of the current track.
iTunes not minimized, pressing space bar twice plays previous track.
iTunes minimized, pressing space bar twice pauses and continues the track.
Also, according to iTunes Help, RETURN plays the currently selected song from the beginning.
Well, that doesn´t work at all.
Oh, there are many things that I really don´t like about iTunes, but then I would go heavily off-topic :-)
If only MediaMonkey would decide to create a mac version, which they won´t :-(
Cheers!
The above information is not entire correct for the current version of iTunes.
Spacebar does not pause/play when iTunes is minimized.
It does work when maximized however.
Total pain that Apple keeps changing things. Don't they realize that we get used to using certain features?
The spacebar should always play/pause. Never go to another track like it does now!
The new command for it in windows platform is ctrl+space because it's under the "controls" menu and if you notice, everything there has ctrl+[__]
