Issue streaming music via Bluetooth

Hi, I am using a MacBook Pro from 2011 streaming music to a bluetooth receptor (BT100 from cambridge audio) I have a lot off connections issues : signal is getting bad and keep cutting after I play couple of songs. I don't have any issue with other devises such as the iPad or Iphone using this system.
Would you know if there are anyway to investigate what is wrong with the Mac and eventually fix it ?
thanks

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

i get similar problem with my 2012 macbook pro and CA BT100.

connects fine, but then stops streaming after exactly 3:40 mins. system preferences says i am still connected, but there's no sound. i switch back to intenal speakers, then back to bluetooth and i get another 3:40 playing.

my iphone, imac and mac mini stay connected just fine, but the macbook always loses it.

i have since had my BT100 replaced by RS, but the new one has identical problem.

cambridge audio were helping and said they would get me one(that works, presumably), but have stopped responding to my messages via the CS pages of their website.

thanks for reminding me. it's about time i poked them again.

there is a firmware patch for the BT100 on the cambridge audio website said to address this issue. i have been unable to apply the patch to either example of BT100 i have had despite trying with 3 different computers. always returns an error message.
