Unable to update to Mac OS X 10.6.8

I just repaired my disk today and am trying to update my software. However, this will appear while I am trying to download it:

Now I just repaired my corrupted disk this morning, which is why I'm confused that my Mac is saying that this update might be corrupted.. can someone help?

MacBook Pro (15-inch Early 2011)

This error is apparently in your software update download - something got mangled in the transmission process. Some of these updates are huge, and this happens occasionally, as it did to me recently. You may have better luck downloading a file version of the update, such as can be at http://support.apple.com/downloads/.
