I was just at the Apple Store and we were able to get the tasks in Outlook 2007 to sync with Reminders, but the items that I flag for follow-up and To Do's do not show up in Reminders.
Is it possible to get them to all sync and show up on my iPhone Reminders?

No, because flagged messages in Outlook are not tasks, simply flagged messages that the Tasks portion of Outlook filters in and shows as merged with your existing Task/Reminders list.
What can you do? Open the message you have flagged and use the "Move to Folder" option to move it into the actual Tasks folder in Outlook. This automatically converts the message into a new task with the message as an attachment.
This solved my problem! I think it is important for folks to keep in mind that the To-Do List is seperate and apart from the Tasks list in My Tasks. My Tasks were syncing but not the To-Do List and this explains why! Thanks.
