Shortcut key for Macbook Pro (Mid 2012) sleep and turn off display

Since there is no longer an eject button on the new Macbook Pro Retina (Mid 2012), what is the shortcut key to make it go to sleep (without shutting the lid) and (separately) to make the display turn off. It used to be ALT+CMD+Eject for Sleep and SHIFT+CTRL+Eject to turn off display.

Has anyone got an answer? Is there a list of new shortcut keys somewhere for this new model?

Just clearing up this, as I don't think it became clear enough: on a MacBook Pro 15'' Retina, to turn off the screen without sleeping you need to press crtl-shift-powerbutton indeed, but for a fraction of a second longer than just tapping that key combination. It takes less than half a second for that key combination to kick in and turn off the screen, but if you are too fast it won't turn off.

I just created the script as suggested by Badunit, and it works as long as the application AppleScript Editor is running. But whne I quit it, and have saved the script in to my documents,, the script which I assigned F13 to, does not work anymore..

what can be done with AppleScript Editor , so that it keeps activating the F13 to Finder?? when it is closed?
