My iPhone 4S won't turn on any application or game.It only open things that were already installed on the phone. Help please, i can't play angry birds 😟

Close All Open Apps... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset (No Data will be Lost)
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.
I already did this, apps closed, reseted.
When i open the games folder, and i select...angry birds, appears an black image for half second, anthen takes me back to the game folder

Hi. I had been having this problem for a week and I tried the Sync apps option, first without having them checked and then with the apps checked. I realized that the apps that were on the list worked while the ones that weren't on the list didn't (because of the authorization, some of the apps i downloaded before i authorized my computer weren't showing on my itunes). So what I did was go through the iTunes store and download all of the apps that weren't working or weren't on my computer to my computer. After I did that, i synced again and the apps were all working again. Let me know if i can help in any other way!
