siri is not on my iphone 4s

In Settings/General if the 4th item is not Siri then either you have the language set to one that Siri does not support, you have a Restriction set on Siri, or, if you have a corporate email account, your IT department has set a security policy disabling Siri.

I would try a reset on the iPhone. Hold down the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release, ignoring the slide to power off screen if you get it. See if that brings it back, if not then you will have to perform a restore.

Neither worked. I think i will talk it into Verizon and have them fix it for me....thank you!

Did you check like Lawrence said about restrictions? Go to Settings>General>Restrictions and see if any of then are on. Also, as he mentioned is this a work phone or one with a work Exchange account on it?

I checked the restrictions and there want anywhere on there I saw for Siri. I couldn't find where he was talking bout the language. When my phone reads the spell check words, it's in english

Language is in Settings>General>International. Setting should be English. Verizon has a carrier update number they use that might help you. It is *228. You enter it into the phone keyboard and hit send. That will reset their carrier information and could reset your problem. That should have no affect on any of your data. See if that helps. If not, that is the last thing I know. Verizon may not be able to help you, you might need to make an appointment at the Apple store for their help, but good luck.

What about the company Exchange account? Do you have one? Also, go to Settings/General and scroll to the bottom. Is there anything in Profile?
