Getting error 12004 and cannot activate home sharing. Any suggestions?

Our digital sign is tied into Homeshare/Apple TV and we were functioning perfectly until I logged us out to do a reset. Now we cannot authenticate. I believe you are correct, its the login servers.

SAME Exact issue. My job is depending on Apple to fix this quickly (by tomorrow... I hope).

I have been trying to setup the homeshare since about 11 AM PST... I will continue, but I'm losing faith.
