The apple hardware test doesn't work, it just stays gray and the apple icon pops up and loads into the login page.
At this point, then, I think you need to just bite the bullet and take it to an Apple Store. Be sure to make a Genius Bar appointment rather than just walking in... the Genius Bars can get pretty busy, and if you just walk in, it may take quite some time for them to work you in, if they can at all.
How do I make a appointment? How long do you think it will take them to fix it?

I have no idea at this point.
You see, I come from Hong Kong and there is only one apple store. Can I go to stores which sells apple products and ask them to fix it?
You can go to an Authorised Apple Service Provider or a Reseller which does certified repairs.
THANKS! 🙂
Can you give some more info about your Macbookpro? Did you install more memory?
Yes, it has 2 1GB ram but it was too slow so I took it out and installed a 4GB ram. I know that this isn't the problem because I've been using the 4GB ram when there was already a kernel panic
Then do I need to make a appointment with them?
Are you sure that you have the exact specifications Ram put in??
Yes, I think there is something wrong inside my computer
As Thomas said, "bite the bullet and take it to the Apple Store".
