It restarts and shows code then restarts
Is it a Gray Machine specific Disc?
Ok 10.4 install disk 1 installs but when it reboots it does not ask for disk 2 it goes to disk 1
Ps 10.5 install disk modified does not work and in 10.4 installer it says it is a powermac g3 350mhz 612 ram
Sence it has only Ben made 2months and built with a g3 board would that mean lepord will now work that could be why when I try lepord it shows black text and a screen telling me to restart
G3s won't run Leopard. There's reports of some that have but it turned out they had been refitted with a G4 processor so they were really G4s in a G3 box.
Just looked on every Mac model number M5183 is used in a g3 and g4 just 2 difrences the case and the name of the processor when I got it I was told it was a mid g4 Mac but it was a early g4/late g3
If you don't know the model, find the Serial# & use it on one of these sites, but don't post the Serial# here...

All things considered I would not attempt to install Leopard on this Mac. Even if you overcome all the Leopard pre-install checks (there are more than just speed and RAM size) it will probably never perform as well as Tiger. As previously mentioned, Leopard cannot work on a G3 processor as it does not contain G3 code.
I don't understand why your Tiger install fails - perhaps try it again and report the result here in some detail.
It boots to cd 1 and installs and sometimes shows a small gray screen and tells me to restart, it installs it restarts to a Mac and question mark then his to cd 1 but does not want cd 2 evin with cd 2 in with no cd it just blinks Mac to question
It may be caused by damaged or non-standard hardware.
You could try:
OH oh, some early G4s needed a Firmware update to Install OSX beyond 10.2/10.3. but Apple has removed these! 😟
