Thanks, but which exact one at that link?
10.5 install disk modified does not work and in 10.4 installer it says it is a powermac g3 350mhz 612 ram
Sence it has only Ben made 2months and built with a g3 board - -
What evidence do you have that your Mac is a G4? It appears likely to me that it is a G3.
Since, at best, it is a hybrid I am not sure which firmware update should be used.
None of the firmware ReadMes indicate that they would help you.
Hopefully attempts to use the wrong one will be stopped by initial firmware installer checks.
You can open bin files with StuffIt Expander or The Unarchiver.
Different firmware will be required if your hybrid is based upon a G3 or G4 server.
In system profiler is says
Machine name: Power Mac G3 (PCI graphics)
Machine model: PowerMac1,2
CPU: PowerPc G4 (2.6)
Number of CPUs: 1
CPU speed: 350mhz
L2 cache (per CPU); 1mb
Memory: 640mb
Bus speed: 100mhz
Boot rom version: 1.1.1f2
The issue you face is that any pre-install test will assume it is a standard Mac and hence anything could happen.
Most firmware updates are concerned with interfaces and not the processor.
If you have access to another G4 you could consider installing on that and then moving the hard disk.
