When i try to purchase or upgrade apps while in another app i get this message: You are not authorized to purchase from appstore. Why do i get this message? And what can i do about it?

Check under Settings > General > Restrictions if you haven't already. Make sure Installing Apps and In-app Purchases are allowed. Try Settings > Store > Apple ID > Sign Out. Then Sign In. See if it works. Also, are you able to download new apps from the App Store? Is it just this one app?

im not quite sure what you dont understand.
Ive downloaded an app called car dock mode, and to use a part of this application i need to upload to premium.
I get this:

This feature i only available in car dock mode premium. Would you like to upgrade now?
no thanks - yes, lets go.
i press yes and get the following message:

What do you mean by the items I bolded? I don't understand. Could you elaborate?
Go to the App Store on your iOS device and at the bottom of the default home page it should say your account name. Tap on that and it should say log out. After logging out, tap on it again and log in.

I can install new apps, its just in other apps trying to update it wont work.
i turned of restrictions, and logged out of apple id, and suddenly nothing works :/ trying to reboot now and see if that helps.
Which setting u meant? im not a very tech person ( sorry for my english ) i hav da same problem n tried to figure out the soultion u gave but i don know which setting u meant.. im using macbook 🙂 hope i get a reply from u soon..
I think that you should clear this up with the developers. I'm really sorry, but there's nothing I can do to help.
i see i have chosen the wrong os, its 5.1.1 and not 5.0.1
