When i try to purchase or upgrade apps while in another app i get this message: You are not authorized to purchase from appstore. Why do i get this message? And what can i do about it?

Check under Settings > General > Restrictions if you haven't already. Make sure Installing Apps and In-app Purchases are allowed. Try Settings > Store > Apple ID > Sign Out. Then Sign In. See if it works. Also, are you able to download new apps from the App Store? Is it just this one app?
