my gift doesn't send
I have selected several songs to gift to a friend. I verified the email address but he still hasn't received them. Any ideas?

Ask the recipient to check Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether.
Also see if you are able to resend the email by following these steps.
If the problem persists, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.
I tried resend several times. I verified the email address. I have clicked report a problem and hopefully that will work.
I'm having the same problem. My daughter gifted a song to me. I never received it. Any suggestions for how I get it?
I'm having the same issue. I sent a gift to a friend they never got it. It's not in their spam and I tried the resent at least twice.
Same here. Sent and resent. Not in spam. Not blocked. Although I'm assuming it is coming from a .itunes.com type address?
Same thing with me. I want my money back if I they cant fix this. Who do you talk to about that?
