There is a program to take .exe file in OS X and burn it.

- there is a lot in there about over-coming lack of support for using USB to install on all Macs. Which is a separate issue.

you do not need Boot Camp Assistant on Mac Pro (tower) using a dedicated hard drive to iinstall Windows, the Windows DVD alone is fine. pull your drives except the one you will use and proceed boot the DVD. You will need Boot Camp Assistant then to partition and keep OS X along with Windows.

(Just noticed, we are in Mac Pro forum but the post is about a MacBOOK Pro, wrong forum and different problem).

Yes you can also use VB or others to load Windows and burn the DVD also - if the OS X program didn't exist.
