Cannot reach http://1.1.1.1

I am using a charged wifi and it should be logout through http://1.1.1.1/logout. But the touch cannot reach it. How shall I do then?

Yes, I can log in. When first trying to connect to wifi, it automatically shows the page to enter account information and then internet is connected and the page disappears.

Since the account has time limit, I need to log out when not using. The instruction by the provider says to log out when opening http://1.1.1.1/logout. It really works with PC. But I tried with my touch and it always turns out to be empty page. My touch is still connected.

I even try switching off the wifi connection button of my touch. It seems no connection, but actually my wifi account is still connected and the time is charged.

It appears your ISP is using External Client Authorization as a means of controlling access to the Internet. This explains why you see a log in page, and then you can use the internet.

According to what I've just read, http://1.1.1.1 is not a normally used IP address. Unfortunately this is best answered by your internet service provider.

On a hunch, have you tried to enlarge the log out page? If log out server does not recognize your iPod, it might not be serving up a mobile device compatible page...
