I forgot my passcode for my iphone 4 and now it is disabled

Restore iPhone Firmware with iTunes on computer. Open iTunes on computer, connect iPhone to computer with USB cable. Hold both home and power buttons until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode. Usually take about 20 seconds of holding both buttons. Restore the iPhone Firmware.
Note that you will lose all content on the phone if you restore from Recovery mode.
To avoid losing content Restore the phone on the same computer it was last synced with. This will remove the passcode and restore your content and data backup.
