So I had My iPod Classic (Black, 64gb) years ago. It stopped working. Will Apple Give me something for the same price or give me a refurbished one?

The standard warranty for a manufacturing defect causing a problem or failure is ONE year. If you purchased AppleCare for the iPod, that warranty is extended to TWO years. There was no "64GB" iPod classic (iPod that has a hard drive and click wheel). The closest to that is 80GB, and that would be from 2009 or earlier.

The current iPod classic is 160GB and costs $249.

It may appear as an Apple Certified Reburb for less, on this page (there is none currently)

Make sure you have done the usual troubleshooting on that iPod, such as the "Five R's."
