SSL Mac VNC Server

We recently purchased a Mac Pro Server to run a few Mac Virtual Machines.

The server will be running headless once all of my config work is complete.

Currently I am trying to find a VNC solution. I know that the built in OSX screen sharing is encrypted, but only between macs.

So since 95% of our company, including the primary users of these VMs will be on windows pcs (I am the IT guy whom pushes as hard for macs as possible)

we need to find a secure vnc solution. I know we can purchase RealVNC and at the moment it seems that is the route we will go.

But I wanted to check if anyone in the community knows of a VNC Server App that uses SSL encryption, we know we can do this over an ssh tunnel, but we do not want to put standard users through that (and I would probably end up doing it for them every time anyway). I have found plenty of VNC Client programs that support SSL VNC but I cant seem to find any SSL VNC Server applications.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated, even if you simply confirm that I am out of luck and we should just purchase RealVNC

Thanks again,

Justin
