iMessage "An error occurred during activation. Try again."

What Apple think about this problem. I can't activate imessage. I have better things to do then reseting, activating and deactivating settings. Is there any solutions for iPad without 3G.

madmusic since you have a still in process ios version on your phone of course things on here will not fix it.

Great detailed explanation but unfortunately it is not working on my Iphone 5C iOs 7.

Thank you soooooooooooooo much. I literally tried to fix this for 8+ hours and tried EVERY single option listed on web forums and absolutely nothing worked. THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO DO IT!

Finally issue fixed. it's all about your network provider. you should have account balance. minimum 5 rupees. message balance will not work. say thanks to me
