GET THE FACETIME AND IMESSENGER SERVERS FIXED
This is driving me crazy.
Apple has to have the worst support service that I have ever had the misfortune to have dealt with.
No normal support email address - what is that about.
No freaking mods in here that can actually tell us what is happening and why so many ppl are having issues at the same time with FaceTime and iMessenger.
Get this fixed - I'm not paying money to call a call centre when the issue has clearly been caused from apples side.
Following steps do not work:
- Resetting
- Updating
- Trying a different Apple ID
- Resetting WiFi Networks or Changing WiFi networks
- Changing the DNS to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 or 4.4.8.8 or 8.8.8.8,8.8.4.4
- Changing country when setting up the iPod
Just get this sorted - this is clearly an issue with the servers that has been going on for a few days now.
This useless Jive based forum just makes it worse as it is a nightmare to navigate.
