I had just got done with workouts and my hands where all sweaty so my iphone 4 fell out of my hand onto the concreat and the screen cracked will my warranty cover this ? P.s my phone my was in an otterbox should I file a compliant there ?

Like any warranty on any product, the warranty does not cover damage.
You can buy an out of warranty replacement for an iphone 4 for $149.
Doubtful that Otterbox has any guarantee of your iphone nore breaking.
maybe you can ask Apple severice center for help.
