Yes I empied the trash..put everything back the way it was and started from scratch ...moving the home folder is a bad idea as it tends to mess up the updates and they wont install...after going through each individual folder ...I found the culprit...My iPhoto Library has reproduced itself 5 times on both user accounts (why this happened ...unsure...could have been a user error)...so I basically deleted all the libraries but 1 for each account..and moved the iPhoto library to the other drive ( following proper proceedures through iPhoto of course)....also did the same with iTunes ( following proceedure) ..and then deleting the previous folders ....this has worked extremely well...it has freed up over half of my SSD and after removing unwanted backup files from the SATA also freed up another 350GB... I would recommend in the future to never actually move your home folder...but move your iPhoto and iTunes libraries...and your pictures folder if necessary!

.....I hope my pain in the butt situation helps another who is having a similar problem....And Linc I do want to thank you for your assistance...it is and was greatly appreciated!!...until nect time....well hopefully not...lol
