My mom updated her itunes and now the icon has dissapeared, how do i fix this?
today my mom said she tried to update her itunes. when she did this she said the program stopped responding and shut down. now the itunes icon is gone, i can still search itunes on the computer and get: searchresults>itunes but in the itunes folder but it only contains: the folder albumn artwork, the folder itunes media, a itune library extras, a itunes library genius, a itunes librar, and a itunes music library icon. i have also checked her control panel>programs>programs and features, and itunes is not listed so i cannot uninstall or update it through that. her computer is runnign on windows 7. my guess is that itunes half uninstalled itself but i dont know how to fix this because im not very good with itunes. any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance.
