I currently have Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and I want to upgrade to Lion 7.4. I see no upgrades available to get there. Can someone help me?

I have just bought the Snow Leopard from the App Store (12/10/12); it's still there 🙂
The Apple Online Store I think you mean.
It reappeared there at the beginning of the month. Looks like the volume of calls asking for it woke someone up.
Lion is still only available by phoning Sales and getting a download code for the App Store.
In the US, call 1-800-MY-APPLE and ask for a sales assistant.
