Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Hi,
I managed to get my up to date code via the email in a password protected PDF.
I promptly opened the file and tried to use the code on the app store immediately, but it is telling be that the code has been used already!!
Has anyone else seen this issue at all, could it just be related to the volume of of requests at the moment?

I'm having same issue. Someone really dropped the ball at Apple on this. How hard can it be????

I new, my new mac was fake, had a pinapple on the back infact all eleven of macs had same pineapple logo, Fake purchasers lol.
my new mac logo turned into orange. Argh, this explains why my redemption code failed.
apparently theyve started to give out new codes. should get it within a day or two (...i hope)
Spoke to Apple, if you got your code today keep trying to use the same code, if you got your code a day before office launch which was 12:01 AM July 25th, they will be issuing you a new code.
I am still waiting for a valid code nearly a week and a half after registering on Wednesday 25th July.
Apple UK up-to-date have sent me 4 codes since then, 3 of which are the same all of which give the same error.
I called UK Apple support who are sympathetic, but who tell me there is nothing they can do as it is not their department. This is totally unacceptable from Apple a big FAIL.
9 days waiting for me. I ordered my laptop on the apple online store, gave them serial number and everything...no response at all. 9 days, no codes, no emails, no replies. (and none of their email is going into the spam folder either, I checked.)
This is really unusually bad for Apple.
Up to date code already used!!
