text not sharp and clear

I am using new Mac mini(solo) with AG neovo F-419 19" LCD monitor(use DVI port,1280x1024 native ),
the text on screen not sharp and clear.
anyone can tell me why.
I am try VGA port it is
same.a little worse.

ahh yes that does also seem to be the case well spotted. I suppose we should be so delighted by the beauty of the website that we don't notice that we are unable to read the content I mean who cares about the actual content and suchlike ... 😉

actually most of the text appears to be black, Geneva 7.5 point ...
interestingly if I activte the Magnifier app (yay I'm using Windoze) then the font smoothing gets turned off and everything is suddenly ultra-legible...!)
Maybe tinkertool is the way ahead on the Mac, as advised above
