Where did RSS go in Safari 6???

I just found out... when I opened my MacRumors feed and it made me go into Mail. Very stupid, indeed.

Also, seems that there's no way to ask it to stop saving passwords, that I can see.

Add me to the list of power users who are extremely disappointed in the changes in Safari 6.

(Yes, I also used the Feedback page. I'm posting here so that we can know we're not alone.)

It really does boggle the mind why they would eliminate a feature like this??????????? I put my 2 cents worth in the feedback also.

I have to agree: After dowmloading Safari 6 I was really angry about Apple not supporting RSS anymore — one of the key-features for using Safari!

APPLE PLEASE bring back the RSS reader to safari 6.0!

That Apple deleted RSS and the activity window in Safari 6, killed safari for me after 10 years of use!

Stupidest thing to do is remove features!

Even if Richard does have a backup, the Mail program in Mountain Lion does not do RSS. It's too bad, I really use this service a lot.

Apple feuds with Google, yet forces us to use Google reader service? *** APPLE! Bring back RSS reader!

No one is saying you have to use Google Reader. There are plenty of other options out there.

Is this a joke??? Mail is impossible to use (opens back in Safary!) and why run another clumsy app just to read my channels. Why do you hate me Apple?!

I wasn't at all excited about Mountain Lion because of features that could have easily arrived on Lion as an update. And now that I've found out they completely removed RSS from Mail and Safari there is no way I'm upgrading. Opening Mail, reading messages and browsing through RSS feeds is part of my morning routine. I have tons of flagged content for future reference which now has no way of transferring to another app. I also loved easy access to RSS feeds in Safari. That was absolute heaven on web and now it's all gone. Without warning, without knowing where you're headed to.

Who knows what else Apple removed in Mountain Lion. Therefore, I don't see how features like adding a Share button and notifications can sell this featureless operating system. I am so happy I held back from impulsive buying. There is no justification and tolerance for this move dear Apple.
