Power Nap missing on MacBook Air 2012

I have a MacBook Air 13" 2012. With Mountain Lion the Power Nap feature is nowhere to be found. The checkbox is missing in the Energy Settings Pref Pane.

Am I the only one?

Powernap is available only for Macs with built-in flash storage. This is different than an SSD. So, unfortunately, the non-retina MBP is not going to get any firmware update for Powernap. It is a terrible idea to try to install firmware meant for a different machine. Do not do this.

Power Nap requires a Mac notebook with built-in flash storage. May require a firmware update.
