Power Nap missing on MacBook Air 2012

Same here MBProRetina with GM. System Preferences points to Energy Saver - nothing there.

Same here: just downloaded the SMC Macbook Air ver 1.5 Firmware update and installed it and also verified it is shown under installed software (system configs - Software updates) but cannot see anything at all uder system prefs. - energy savings...

Any clues ?

I've got a MBP late 2011 model, but have an SSD drive, will I be able to use the Power Nap function? It seems to be missing from the Energy Saver preferences now, and it seems the Mac Airs have got their SMC, and the MBPRs are getting one soon, but how about MBPs with SSDs?

Also missing on brand new mid-2012 MBP, fresh ML install.

None of the patches listed are for MBP. I'd be weary installing a firmware update designed for the Air or MPBr.

I am on a Macbook Pro.

The firmware updates are for Macbook Air and Macbook Pro Retina.

There are no firmware updates for the 2012 Macbook Pro. There are only firmware updates for the Macbook Air and Retina.

Waiting for Apple to release firmware update for Macbook Pro.

Powernap is available only for Macs with built-in flash storage. This is different than an SSD. So, unfortunately, the non-retina MBP is not going to get any firmware update for Powernap. It is a terrible idea to try to install firmware meant for a different machine. Do not do this.
