Did not receive mountain lion redemption code

In other threads people are comlaining, that their code does not work, however I did not receive any, allthough I definitely should, because I bought my macbook pro 2 weeks ago.


Am I the only one? 🙂

Geez, attacking people because we don't want to spend another $20. Maybe you can buy us our codes for us, if $20 is NOTHING to you!!!!


It's the principle. Apple promised. They can't run a simple rebate program. Makes me wonder about the corporate compentence these days. And, maybe to hold off on that stock purchase.

Well, here's update #2...I'm on my second 60 hours and still no word from the "escalated" support issue I called in last week. I did however get a survey form in my inbox to tell Apple just how please I am with my issue not being resolved in over a week. ;-)

I wonder how it is the survey request can find my inbox, but Mountain Lion can not?!?!? Hmm...

So, after what is now 130+ hours. I went to the Apple Store. They were no help as well, basically said try to submit a different receipt. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with Apple. I just want someone to explain to me why I need to submit anything? They have my money, they have the computer SN registered to me and my itunes account, they also have my receipt which I have submitted twice now. I would give blood but I'm not sure where to submit that. For a $20 product, this should really not take hours of my time.
