Just taked to WebEx support. Was told that the current platform does not fully support Mountain Lion. They are working on an upgrade, he didn't know how long until it's pushed out. He gave me a possible fix that seems to be working. I use firefox. He had me go to PREFERENCES -- Then the ADVANCED tab -- then how firefox connectes to the internet SETTINGS -- He said to switch it to NO PROXY settings. He said that would hopefully do the trick. Before I did that, my webex meeting was crashing all the time (since I installed Mountain Lion) since then, it hasn't crashed yet (knock on wood). I believe the same fix will work for other browsers as well. That said, I'm not too tech sophisticated, just wanted to pass on something that seems to work for me.
I am experiencing the same issue-anyone have a good link to the 64-bit download?
ding ding ding. Solved my problem. Disable proxies, restart browser. I am using Chrome.
-Removing the proxy settings on Safari fixed it and Firefox is set to use system settings.
I experience the crashes while on VPN. Not on VPN, there's no issue on Mountain Lion.
Clearing out the webex folder worked for me. I had no proxy set in Network Settings.
Well..... more of a problem trying to use Google Chrome's 32bit browser and the Java version needed to run WebEx on MAC Lion 64bit OS.
-- workaround use Firefox or Safari
This is what I was looking for, much thanks on the leg work!
Dave338's solution worked for me, while others suggested didn't. It sounds like the solution may not be guaranteed or stable but I am running with it.
