Where is double click titlebar to minimize in Mountain Lion located?

I just upgraded to Mountain Lion and I can't find the setting to enable double clicking of the titlebar to minimize. Does anyone know where this is? It looks like Apple took it out of the "General" preference pane.

It's in the Dock settings because the windows get minimized into the Dock when you double click the title bar.

donno if you are still searching for it but in 10.7.5 this function is under "General"
