Mountain lion install issues

When I tried installing mountain lion, it gave me an error about not being about to create a recovery partition, then had me quit it. It had me restart to go to my previous OS x version. However it just starts installing again and puts me in a loop. Right now I have FileVault on. I have a bootcamp windows partition. I need to either find a way to finish the install. Or boot regularly. Then I can backup, wipe, and clean install.

Well, i never figured out how to fix it from there. I ended up doing several other things. I booted from my time machine backup and decrypted my HD using disk utlilty. From there i backup all the files on the HD and wiped it clean. I proceded to install each of my previous systems until finally... mountain lion. Though it was a bit annoying having to place all of my files manually.
