iPhone backups on OS X Mountain Lion?

Hi!

I have just updated from 10.6.8 to Mountain Lion.

Where are the iPhone backups now (before: Mac HD/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup)?

Thank you!

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion

I believe that's where it is in Snow Leopard as well, but I don't remember for certain. In Lion and Mountain Lion, though, the user's Library folder is hidden. You can access it by holding down the Option key and going to the Go menu in Finder.

Music and other content is not part of a backup. It's copied as part of the sync process. But copying music or other content from your mate's iPhone is not legal unless you already legally own a copy of said content.

By the way, tagging a new question onto someone else's thread, particularly one that's over a year old, usually isn't the best strategy for getting assistance. It's better, and more polite to the person who started the thread, to ask a new question in a new thread.

Regards.
