Log into each user account, click on the Desktop, OPTION-click GO, and Library is now available. Alternatively, while in each account, run this command in the Terminal app, and make it visible (might require logging out and back in):

chflags nohidden ~/Library

That should hold until the next update. I only have one test account, so that's not anything I really worry about.

This worked last time with Lion, I saw the email folder and clicked, email opened, so I knew it was correct. The email folder seems different with Mountain Lion - has 3 files:

mail lost & found

Sync Alert

V2

Ideally, once I have mine, I log into the other account, run the Terminal with other user name and should have her files.

Seems to be different from Lion and want to make sure I have this - Apple has to change my hard drive, I have plenty of backups but want to save the two individual mail libraries in separate files.

With Lion, I saved the library, clicked opn it and email opened. That did not happen with Mountain Lion - are you able to assist further, or anyone,??

Yes, Mail on ML is different than what's on Lion. Here's what's in mine, which I only use to test it out. You'll have to go into V2 for the mailboxes. I suggest just copying each Mail folder into a separate folder, so you don't mix them up.
