i can't find my face time

hey guys well iam user like u for iphone and i'm not really pro in this stuff and i just know that iphone 4 has face time but i didn't find how to use it bc it's not exist in sitting or in my pages and i just found that my iphone model 9B208

and

i look up in my mam's iphone but i found she has another model so is that make and difference in option or wht ever is called ?

and just to know guys i restore the software and i will do it now again
