can't find siri please help

Are you certain you have an iPhone 4S not an iPhone 4?

If you have a 4s you can activate siri in settings. If it is activated then hold down the home button and you will be able to use siri. Siri is used from the home button but is not a specific app. 🙂

Go to Settings > General > Siri and turn her on. Then hold down the home button for a few seconds.

First if all turn siri on in setting, hit setting, general, siri , turn on, then to get to her hold home/ square button
Hmmm. Try restoring your phone with iTunes.
Not sure what else to try.
What is the model number of your phone? Settings>General>About
