Why don't have link download Safari for Mountain Lion.

Try to download a 5.XX version and then see on Software Update if it detects a new update.

It's really strange that Safari isn't available to download anymore...

This is the newest version (6.0), but it might still only work on Lion.

Maybe copying the app from another Mac will work but I think at this point, as stevenfrombrownsburg suggested, that you'll have to reinstall ML...

Just thought of this: Did you delete Safari from the Applications folder, or just from the dock?

If you just removed it from the dock, it's still in your Applications folder. If you deleted it from your Applications folder, you may in fact need to reinstall ML.

Sounds like you need to redownload/reinstall all of ML to get Safari back. There is no standalone download for Safari.

Hi, I'm using Mountain Lion and i deleted Safari too because of similar problems and i presumed i would be able to download it through the apple website or the app store but i could not find any download link.

the question is how would i reinstall mountain lion being new to OS X and Macs.
